Umbrella

Rain

Is falling

All day long

Children are playing

Catching drops on their tongues

The pearly blue droplets from the sky

Yet as I stand here admiring, I can stay dry

The pitter and patter, the drip and the drop

Some people hoping and praying it will soon stop

My umbrella is great, when it rains is my best friend

Keeping me dry and safe until the rain decides to end.

Week 3- Word revealed!

As promised, the new word has been chosen by Kirsty!

The word this week (and next week due to holidays!) is: Umbrella

Since Kirsty is holidaying in Italy and I’m stuck in rainy England, our interpretations already may be slightly different…who knows where we’ll go with this one!
